In brief

We use necessary cookies and browser storage so that login, language choice and basic features work. These do not need your consent.
With your consent we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show GamerOne ads there. You can accept or reject each category separately.
Nothing optional is set before you choose. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

1. What cookies are

1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Websites can also use your browser's local storage and session storage, and small pieces of code from other companies (pixels or tags), for similar purposes. This policy covers all of these technologies; we call them "cookies" below.

1.2. This policy applies to gamerone.org and app.gamerone.org, operated by Levelpin Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (GamerOne). How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy at gamerone.org/en/legal/privacy.

3.2.1. Google Analytics is loaded only after you switch on "Analytics". If you reject it or later withdraw consent, we stop loading it and delete the _ga cookies that our domain can delete.

3.2.2. Google keeps the collected statistics for no longer than 14 months. The data may be processed on Google's servers outside the EU, including in the USA (see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy).

3.2.3. Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site – clicks, scrolling and mouse movements – and turns this into heatmaps and session recordings (a replay of what happened on the page). Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded. Clarity is loaded only after you switch on "Analytics". If you reject it or later withdraw consent, we stop it and delete the _clck and _clsk cookies. The data may be processed on Microsoft's servers outside the EU, including in the USA (see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy).

3.3.1. The Meta Pixel is loaded only after you switch on "Marketing". Before that, no code is loaded from Meta. If you reject marketing or later withdraw consent, we stop the pixel and delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies that our domain can delete.

3.3.2. The Meta Pixel is used only on gamerone.org – not in your account at app.gamerone.org and not in the desktop app.

3.3.3. We do not send Meta your name, email address or account data.

3.3.4. For collecting this data and sending it to Meta, GamerOne and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) are joint controllers; for what Meta does with the data afterwards, Meta alone is responsible. 3.4. Without cookies

Cloudflare Web Analytics creates aggregated performance and visit statistics without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

3.5. Third-party content

Payment pages: when you buy GamerOne Plus, the payment page of Paddle (outside Türkiye) or Lidio (in Türkiye) opens. Their own cookies and privacy policies apply there; our cookies are not used on those pages.
Game images: static game content such as champion images is loaded from Riot Games' content networks (Data Dragon / Community Dragon).

4. Managing your choice

4.1. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. On gamerone.org, "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Settings" are offered on the same level and are equally easy to use; under "Settings" you can switch analytics and marketing on or off separately. On app.gamerone.org, which uses only analytics, you choose "Accept" or "Reject".

4.2. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and applies from then on.

4.3. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, login and other basic functions may not work. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
