# Right of Withdrawal

- You can withdraw from your GamerOne Plus contract within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason – unless you asked for GamerOne Plus to start immediately and confirmed that you lose this right (Section 4).
- You can withdraw online at paddle.net, by email to Paddle or GamerOne, by post, or with the form below.
- Paddle refunds you within 14 days, to the same payment method, with no fees.

## 1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within **14 days** without giving any reason.

1.2. The withdrawal period will expire **14 days after the day the contract is concluded**, which is the day your first payment for GamerOne Plus is completed.

1.3. Your contract is concluded with **Paddle.com Market Limited**, the seller (Merchant of Record). The service is provided by **Levelpin Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (GamerOne)**. You can send your withdrawal to either of them.

## 2. How to withdraw

2.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Paddle or GamerOne of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an **unequivocal statement**. You can do this in any of these ways:

2.2. You may use the **Model Withdrawal Form** in Section 6, but it is **not obligatory**.

2.3. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay by email.

2.4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your message about exercising the right of withdrawal **before the withdrawal period has expired**.

2.5. Please include, if you can, your GamerOne username and the email address you used at the Paddle checkout. This helps us find your order faster. It is not required.

## 3. Effects of withdrawal

3.1. If you withdraw from this contract, **Paddle** will reimburse all payments received from you for GamerOne Plus **without undue delay** and in any event **not later than 14 days** from the day Paddle or GamerOne is informed of your decision to withdraw.

3.2. Paddle will make the reimbursement using **the same means of payment** you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will **not incur any fees** as a result of the reimbursement.

3.3. When you withdraw, your GamerOne Plus subscription ends and you will not be charged again.

## 4. If you asked for GamerOne Plus to start immediately

4.1. GamerOne Plus is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. At checkout, you ask for GamerOne Plus to start before the withdrawal period ends. If you:

- gave your **express consent** for it to start immediately, **and**
- **acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal** once it starts,

then **you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as GamerOne Plus starts**, which is straight after your payment.

4.2. Your consent and acknowledgement are confirmed, with the date and time, in your order confirmation email.

4.3. If you did not give both, the right of withdrawal in Sections 1–3 applies in full.

## 5. Monthly renewals and cancellation

5.1. The right of withdrawal applies to your **first subscription payment**. It does not apply again to later automatic monthly renewals.

5.2. You can **cancel at any time**: in the Paddle Customer Portal (link in your Paddle receipt email) or with the "Cancel your subscription" button on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Details: Refund & Cancellation Policy at gamerone.org/en/legal/refunds.
